First Press is the product of adventure. Paul travelled from New Zealand to New England sampling the most exciting new ciders in the world. This is his take on what the best micro-cideries from abroad are doing, with a Herefordshire twist.
The result is modern, crisp and refreshing. First Press is proper cider, but it's not your grandparents' scrumpy... Paul makes it using a blend of eating apples including Newtons Wonder, Coxes Orange Pippin and Worcester Pomain. That makes for a cider that's fruity, bold and very easy drinking.
