A couple of weeks before we opened to the wider public, we were delighted to welcome a party of 12 Norwegians and their host, the Ciderologist Gabe Cook on a farm and production tour. This was extra special because it was also the first time we had opened the front doors of the new Newton Court Farm Visitor Centre and allowed proper visitors inside. We are very grateful for the funding we have received from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and here was the fruits of the grant and lots of hard work coming to fruition. The Black Mountain Perry was a particular favourite of the visitors and Paul Stephens spoke about how he learned and Normandy Method of cider making.
