Delivery Info

There are three options for fulfilment of orders: free Click and Collect from Newton Court; direct cider delivery within HR6, HR4 and HR1 postcodes for £4.95 or free above £150; despatch by courier.

To despatch cider nationally, we work with 2 couriers, APC or DHL, choosing the appropriate provider depending on the weight of your order and number of boxes.  Both operators offer an overnight (see below), fragile, liquid service.  We use robust cardboard boxes with dividers for cases of bottles.  20L bag in boxes are sent as is.  10L and 5L bag in boxes are sent in secondary packaging.  We recommend if you are choosing 2L flagons for despatch by courier that the plastic option is more robust for shipping.

For both the options above, an adult over 18 must be present at the delivery address to accept the package unless you tell us otherwise in the delivery instructions, such as leaving the goods in a safe place.

Packages up to 20kg = £9.95 (typically up to 2 cases of cider or one 20L bag in box)
Packages 20-30kg = £11.95 (typically 3 cases of cider)
Packages 30-40kg = £13.95 (typically 4 cases of cider)
Packages 40-50kg = £15.95
Packages above 50kg = £17.95

These rates apply to England and Wales.  Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may incur an additional carriage charge. If this is the case, we will contact you on receipt of your order.  Courier rates relate to Monday to Friday delivery.  Overnight means to arrive the next working day.

Click and collect orders can be picked up during the opening hours of Newton Court which cover 7 days a week.  For quickest collection, follow signs for Deliveries to approach the rear of Newton Court Visitor Centre via Newton Lane.  You can also come to the front of Newton Court Visitor Centre by the dedicated new approach off the B4361.  Please allow a minimum of 24 hours before coming to collect your order, unless by prior arrangement.

Local deliveries (currently HR6, HR4 and HR1) take place on Thursdays.  At some points in the year the deliveries are alternate weeks.  When you add your postcode at the basket stage, the system will confirm if you fall within the direct delivery area.  The exact date for delivery will be confirmed after we receive your order.
