These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods by you, the viewer or user of this website (the “Customer” or “you”).

The term “Newton Court Cider Limited”; “Newton Court Cider”; “Newton Court”; “Newton Court Farm”; “us”; “we” or the “Supplier” refers to the owner of this website whose registered office is Newton Court Farm, Newton, Leominster, Herefordshire HR6 0PF.

These are the terms on which we sell all Goods to you. By ordering any of the Goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You can only purchase the Goods from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.

Customer means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

Contract means the legally binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Goods.

Delivery Location means the Customer’s premises or other location where the Goods are to be supplied, as set out in the Order.

Goods means the goods advertised on the Website that we supply to you of the number and description as set out in the Order.

Order means the Customer’s order for the Goods from the Supplier as submitted following the step-by-step process set out on the Website.

Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website.

Website means our website newtoncourtcider.com on which the Goods are advertised.

Goods

The description of the Goods is as set out on the Website, catalogues, brochures or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the Goods supplied.

In the case of any Goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate.

All Goods which appear on the Website are subject to availability.

We can make changes to the Goods which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.

Cancelling your order

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by contacting Customer Services on apple@newtoncourtcider.com or 01568 617721.

We will confirm your order cancellation by email.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to return the goods to us.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return part or all of your order for refund at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Contact Customer Services on apple@newtoncourtcider.com or 01568 617721 quoting your name, order number and which product or products you wish to return. You do not have to give any reasons for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to you and other customers in the future. If you decide to cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty or damaged items

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact Customer Services on apple@newtoncourtcider.com or 01568 617721 quoting your order number, your name, address and telephone number, together with details of the product and the problem. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights and advise on how to proceed.
