If your order is faulty or damaged, please contact apple@newtoncourtcider.com to obtain a refund or replacement. To report a problem, please email us within 14 days of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of damaged goods.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that were not liked by the customer after they have opened or unsealed that item.
